When you purchase a Condo Unit in Scottsdale Shadows you receive, prior to closing, a packet of materials including specific forms, CC&R's, By Laws, Rules & Regulations and other miscellaneous documentation. You acknowledge in writing the fact that you have read and received these materials.
Upon becoming an owner in the Shadows you have entered into a contract with RCI and your Regime to abide by the documents you have rceived, together with any legal changes that may be made thereto in the future.
It is essential for you, and in your best interests, to read all materials carefully and to familiarize yourself with their contents.
We have made every effort to update this site with the latest material, however any variance between what you find on this site and the actual packet material you receive shall be resolved in favor of the packet received.
