SCOTTSDALE SHADOWS is a unique Condominium Community located in the heart of Scottsdale. Our Community is NOT AGE RESTRICTED and among its almost 2,000 residents boasts a wide range of age groups. Our rules do provide, however that NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 16 MAY USE ANY OF THE AMENITIES UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT, and the Fitness Centers may not be used by anyone UNDER THE AGE OF 18 UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.
