APS, (our utility provider), has recently instituted a rebate program through which a Community like ours may save thousands of dollars on their annual electrical bills. The program IS NOT available for individual Unit owners but is designed to encompass Common Area and Common Element lighting requirements. The proigram provides incentives and savings, in our case to RCI and each of the Regimes (I-VII). The incentive involves the changing out of bulbs, fixtures and ballasts, where appropriate at little cost to the customer, with almost all of the cost of replacement and retrofit being borne by APS. In addition, as a result of these modifications, APS has estimated the annual savings for the year after the work is completed and each year thereafter. RCI and the Regimes, individually, must sign an agreement to take advantage of this program. Our Community has been audited by Inline Electrical Resources, a company partnering with and approved by APS for this program. Inline has visited all common areas and elements and every area where there could be a savings under the plan. Their audit report was submitted to APS and the APS software, on the basis of what has been reported calculates the estimated shared costs and savings for RCI and each of the Regimes. Below you will find the audit reports for RCI and each of the Regimes in PDF format. The program will take several months to complete after the agreements are signed and to thre best of my understanding the process is as follows: 1. Initial Audit (Completed) 2. Verification audit by APS technicians 3. Retention of Inline Electrical Resources to perform the work 4. Inspection and approval of the completed work by APS 5. The Savings begin 6. There are a list of warranties that accompany the work that can be found in the various documents below. 7. The final figures may vary a bit from those contained in the initial audit
